Why Khali Khutta?

By buying from us you are helping to support rural farmers and independent artisans in Nepal. We do not mass-produce any of our range, but create our products in small batches. This means that all our items are made with that bit more care and love – and you can see the result of this in every item we sell.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days from receiving the order and payment being completed.

 

How long with my order take to ship?

Individual orders are dispatched from United Kingdom. We use fast, tracked shipping for all our orders (except UK orders which are sent first class).

Estimated delivery times can be found below:

UK: 2-3 working days

Mainland Europe: 3-5 working days

Elsewhere: 5-7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary. At this time due to issues with the US postal service, some orders to USA addresses are experiencing delays

 

What if I have a problem with my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an issue with your order. We will work with you to resolve the problem as best we can.

 

Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a change to your order. We will work with you to find the best way to make the desired change(s).

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to it.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We allow order cancellations within 6 hours of placing an order. In order for us to process orders quickly and have them dispatched, we can only allow this short time window. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order.

 

Do you accept returns?

If you wish to return an item to us, you must contact us within 7 days (14 days for EU residents) of receiving the item to tell us and dispatch the item to us within 5 days of contacting us. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, which must be in appropriate packaging to protect it for shipping. The item must be received in saleable condition.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept returns of lip balms or any items that has been used.
